IFCS 2012 - Here We Come!
Rio and I have the chance to represent Canada for a 5th time and I think we are just as excited as the very first time!
On May 11, 12 & 13, we will be competing at the IFCS World Agility Championships in Fort Worth, Texas. Canada is fielding an outstanding team of dogs and handlers, so we have high hopes for the podium!
This will most likely be Rio's final trip to a World Championship, so we plan to train hard, compete hard and enjoy every single minute of it!
Currently we are in the process of training hard and fundraising. So far we've hosted a Raffle Table, Nail Trim and Toy Sale at the Absolute Agility Trial in Spencerville on February 4th & 5th. A HUGE thank you to everyone who contributed.
Also in the works:
A "Gently Used Dog Item" sale (March 3 & 4th at the Spencerville AARF trial),
A "Spectacular Raffle Table" and Nail Trims (March 31st & April 1st ath the Spencerville AARF trial),
And we have tentatively scheduled "A Night at the Rideau Carleton Raceway" in April as a final send off before we head to Texas.
